It amazes me when I get a random call, from a sign in the yard, and I ask the question,"Are you currently working with a Realtor?" Some reply, "Yes.", but most often the response I hear is, "No. We're just driving around." Driving around? What they really mean to say is, "We've been on line looking at houses.
